Is eating junk food once in a while bad for your health and sweets?

Moderation is key: As with most things in life, enjoying certain things in moderation is the way to not have them adversely affect the body too much. As long as your normal diet is healthy, you are not overweight, and you get plenty of exercise, the occasional splurge of eating junk food and sweets will not be harmful.

Suit yourself: Life's too short and too difficult already without struggling to live within the strict proscriptions of militants. A sensible diet (avoid the worst grease, sugar and salt) most of the time is useful; binding yourself to avoiding every candy bar or snack chip that you actually want is being obsessive rather than living a healthy lifestyle. A focus on aerobic fitness is even more helpful.
