Fruits: fresh fruit is a great snack, low in simple sugar, high in fiber, You can choose a fruit and depending on how ripe it is can determine how sweet it is. For example, a green banana is not sweet at all, as it ripens it becomes sweeter. Yellow with brown areas- real sweet.
