Better health: Well if you've stopped eating junk your will be healthier .The old saying "You are what you eat" is literally true. Every part of your body came from the food you ate or drank. There is some debate as to what is the healthiest diet. There is evidence that a vegetarian diet is healthier. A vegan diet even more so. The mediterranean diet is a good starting point if your not a vegetarian.
