Is it okay to eat junk food while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle?

Decent junk food ok: Not all junk food is the same. Decent junk food is better than the bad junk food. If one is very healthy, meaning he eats healthy natural foods most of the time; exercises well; and has no personal nor family history of diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, or high cholesterol; then small amounts of junk food are ok to eat. Frequent or excess junk food will start these problems.

That is your choice.: Just remember that poor choices are additive, good choices are also additive.
