Oral surgeon or ER : Go to a oral surgeon now. This is serious. If a oral surgeon is not available you should go to the emergency room.

See dentist: When a dental abscess worsens (especially if antibiotics are not helping), immediate treatment is indicated. Depending on the source of infection, an extraction, drainage of the abscess , root canal treatment, scaling or other treatment may be required.
