I have face swelling from dental abscess?

Seek a DENTIST: Swelling is not going away by itself so you call your dentist for exam and be placed on antibiotics than treatment for abscess.

Face swelling: This requires an immediate evaluation by a dentist to treat the cause and place you on an appropriate antibiotic. Left untreated these situations can go downhill very quickly, spread and cause other serious complications. See a dentist right away and if one is unavailable see your physician, 24/7 emergency medical facility or er of hospital. Do all that you can to see a dentist right away!

See a dentist: drain dental abscess. The infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. See your dentist for examination, x-rays and treatment if needed.
