Make the time: And watch what you eat. Don't look for magic pills. Excercise has profound effects on the body and mind. You can burn calories doing the most mundane things like waiting for a bus, or while talking on the phone, it does not have to be in a gym.....

Make time: It is hard to make time, but consider -- parking farther away and walking, taking the stairs, and a treadmill desk. Google that and you'll see standing and treadmill desk options.
