Complex: I wish I had a simple answer: 1200-1500 calories, less than 10 grams of carbs/day, high protein,low fat foods fiber, 6-8 small fist sized portions of food, 8-10 glasses of water, mixed burst interval high and low impact aerobics; photo imaging ( a photo of yourself at your best weight ) or..a photo of yourself naked at your current weight: hopefully these hints will help you lose 1 lb/week-patient

Aerobic reduce carbs: Try good aerobic exercise, running, fast walking, treadmill and if you have access to a gym try to do circuit training on machines that work your core. Do sit ups. You will benefit only if you exercise consistently, 20-30 minutes 3-5 days per week and to couple this with good eating habits. Reduce your carbohydrate intake. Bread, rice, pasta and sweetened drinks. Eat good sources of protein.
