ESR: I assume you mean erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Both it and the CRP are very non-specific indicators of the presence of inflammation. They provide no diagnostic information about the source or the anatomical location of the inflammatory process, but it could well be related to whatever is causing you iritis. Hope this gets better soon.
