I understand: As surgeons, we are driven to achieve the best of our abilities with the technology presently available. We generally seek to satisify our patient's realistic goals. It is not always possible to eliminate every wrinkle but wrinkle reduction is reasonable. Botox is not always effective for a variety of reasons that may be beyond the control of the physician. Nevertheless, the physician also pays.

Botox: If you have not seen any improvement in the forehed lines 2-3 days after the Botox injection then it is possible that the medication was not injected in the optimal areas, the dose was not adequate to produce the desired result, or that you have very deep lines with loose forehead skin and need a foreahed lift. Go back to your doctor and see if he/ she can work out a solution.
