Depends: Usually the treatment is tailored to your needs. I would suspect 6-8 small injections per side. Very tolerable with a tiny needle. Depending on how deep the wrinkles are, the results can vary but without trying, you can't really predict how significant the results can be.

Depends: It would depend on your specific wrinkle pattern, but typically 8-12 individual injections may be needed for treatment of the forehead.

Agree: 8-10 units for forehead and additionally 20units between the eyes for 11 lines. This would be a complete forehead treatment in my eyes. Usually use 30 units for this. How many injections sites? depends. Some docs use more sites to spread the BOTOX out more and some do less sites and let the BOTX diffuse. It is up to your injector. It is uncomfortable, no pain.

Botox: That depends on your anatomy. Have your face evaluated by a board certified facial plastic surgeon.
