Forehead muscle weak: Botox paralyzes the muscles so when injected in the forehead the creases flatten but due to gravity everything shifts lower. One risk of Botox is that the drop of the forehead and eyebrow skin causes visual field blockage. If this happened to you then your doctor will have to leave more wrinkles in the forehead and you should consider plastic surgery consult for a brow lift.

This can happen: If you have redundant skin and a predisposition for this it is possible depending on location of the botox injection for you to get some of the symptoms you describe. Your friend may get an eyebrow lift (a different injection) in addition to normal injections that helps her get the desired effect. A good exam and good injector should be able to help you. Everyones anatomy is different.
