Botox provider: You should ask that of anyone offering to perform an injection of a prescriptive drug such as Botox. In my opinion, it should only be injected as treatment for over active muscle contraction diagnosed by a licensed physician.

An Injector: Whoever injects your skin is an injector. Ask that person who is injecting what their training is. My lecture on Botox is below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQs5Brc1ISQ I would recommend a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to inject botox for your cosmetic concerns and a neurologist to do so for your headaches.

RN, MD, PA, DDS: Nurses, MDs, PAs, RNs and dentists can inject botox legally. In some states dentists cannot inject botox for cosmetic purposes. Varies by state law. Best results - by skilled clinicians.

Botox: It could be a nurse injector specialist or even a plastic surgeon who injects the patient. You want to choose a certified injector with many years of experience.
