Abs: Lots of cardio: it is very difficult to see abs in anyone that is more than ~8% body fat. Cardio will lower your overall body fat percentage. Abdominal exercises to strengthen and buk up your muscles. Don't foregt to hit your upper abs (leg raises) and obliques.
