Exercise ; Accept it: Exercises like sit-ups can strengthen the muscles which might flatten the belly a bit. But, i learned that the length of the human small intestine can vary drastically from person to person. If yours is longer, it will create a belly bump no matter how thin you are. It's good news as more nutrients are able to be extracted for your health. So, relax ; accept it.
