Remember: Beyond surgery, liposuction or the non-invasive body sculpting(like Zeltiq, coolsculpting, liposonix) there is not way to ensure spot fat loss. You're best bet is to focus on general weight loss measures and let your body do the rest. In terms of the best "diet", that is very much dependent on your own body, but first make sure portion control and total calorie intake control are reasonable.
