Abs: Lots of cardio: it is very difficult to see abs in anyone that is more than ~8% body fat. Cardio will lower your overall body fat percentage. Abdominal exercises to strengthen and bulk up your muscles. Don't forget to hit your upper abs(leg raises) and obliques. Smartlipo for hard to target stubborn fat.
