Yes sure: If you are referring to the soft tissue sitting behind you second molar (last molar in the back) the third molars/wisdom teeth can go through periods of eruption and quiescence, and while trying to erupt can elevate the soft tissue physically and also due to inflammation and infection. You should have a consult with and oral and maxillofacial surgeon to evaluate.
