Normal: I assume you mean the tooth is erupting into the mouth and you see some discoloration in the tissue over the wisdom tooth. That is normal, but see a dentist to have the tooth evaluated to see if you have room for the tooth in your mouth.

Probably: Probably normal. However in your age group, it should be evaluated and possibly extracted. See an oral surgeon for most experienced advice.
