Left lower quadrant: Abdominal pain could be coming from colon (colitis, diverticulitis), ovary (infection, cyst), kidney or bladder (infection, stones), or other causes, such as endometriosis, ectopic pregnancy, hernia, lymph node enlargement). As you can see, there are lots of possibilities. You need a doctor to help you figure it out.
