Missed Menses: As a starting point, you may want to consider doing a home pregnancy test. If it is positive, this may help explain at least some of your symptoms and you'll want to make an appointment with an Obstetrician. If it's negative and your no menses and symptoms continue or worsen, then consider making an appointment with your primary care physcian to discuss.

Agree with Dr. L: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.
