Probably normal: This is most likely pain that happens when your uterus starts to stretch the round ligament. The round ligament is one of the attachments of the uterus and it is under quite a bit of stretching tension as the uterus grows. Keep an eye on it. If your pain gets worse or is associated with bleeding, fever or other symptoms you should see you Ob. Best wishes.
