I have been told i have a enlarged left colon, h pylori, colitis. its been 4wks i still have ab pain weakness, diarrhea, etc no 1 is treating it.help?

F/U with the GI doc: Abd pain, diarrhea and weakness are very nonspecific symptoms.Hpylori infection can itself cause all these.Colitis can result in distended colon which sometimes need emergent intervention depending on its size. There are also several types of colitis' s and treatment is per etiology.You didnt mention if you are on any meds. You need a GI evaluation and possibly look for another etiology iif no imp.
