Having diarrhea, bleeding and pain 2nd colonoscopy findings inflammation and colitis a. random colonic, biopsy: colonic mucosa with a benign lymphoid aggregate. b. rectum, biopsy: no significant pathologic diagnosis. what does this mean?

Need to discuss with your gastroenterologist. MAY indicate you have inflammatory bowel disease but from your description can’t tell if it’s Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease. Differentiation very important. Again, check with gastroenterologist
