I took antibiotics 3 wks ago and got mucous in my stool. now my colon feels inflamed. no diarrhea, but i was wondering if c diff. colitis is possible?

Unlikely C. Diff.: This presentation is not consistent with Clostridium difficile infection for two reasons: (1) no diarrhea, and (2) out to the expected time frame (up to two weeks after stopping antibiotics). There may be something going on here, but it's not consistent with C. Diff.
