Not safe: Hylands homeopathic drops have been recalled in the past for risk of toxic side effects from one of the ingredients, belladonna. The concentration of belladonna was found to vary between preparations. I would stick with nasal saline drops for relief of cold symptoms. For teething, i would recommend massaging your baby's gums and using a teething toy like sophie the giraffe.

Teething: Not sure of hyland products, but a pacifier, ortho, should help due to positive pressure in the bite, and a refrigerated pacifier will ease the pain due the soothing effect of cold on pain due to the easing of inflammation. Softer food for the child will also help. No too warm food. If the child is acting especially uncomfortable with certain foods, use different.

A pediatrician : Or a pedodontist can give you a recommendation if this homeopathic meds is good for your child but it is a gentle remedy. Teething can cause slight fever on a child and increases metabolism. It is a normal process and a bite rings can help alleviate such discomfort. Nothing is better than a loving gum massage and a tender hug from a parent.
