Our 7 mo old is struggling with pain from teething. we tried cold chew toys. are natural teething tablets (hylands) safe? effective? others remedies?

Teething: Pain from teething canbe relieved by a cold wash cloth used as a teether and or Acetaminiophen given every 6 hourly if needed and the child is very irritable and crying . Not known how effective and safe are natural teething tablets.
