Just wait: Most two year old are still teething. Most normally have full set of primary teeth by age 2 1/2. However, it is just an average range. There is no normal. At least he has eight teeth of twenty. You should not be worried, most likely his teeth will erupt on their own time table. Sometimes there can be a fever or even a runny nose when teething. It will pass or talk to pediatrician.

Patients : You cannot speed thing up when it comes to teething. Some kids get their teeth later - just wait. He might get his permanent teeth later as well. Not a problem.

Tylenol (acetaminophen): To relieve a fever please give your child the appropriate amount of children's tylenol (acetaminophen) from the instructions on the box. A frozen teething ring may help your child soothe the discomfort of teething.
