More info needed....: Were the teeth knocked out of the mouth? See a dentist immediately for a diagnosis and emergency care.

Two front teeth?: Were they extracted, knocked out, or fell out? Even if you posted all that information and more, the only way to discuss options for replacement would be to have you seen personally by a dentist for a clinical exam, x-rays, medical\dental history and bite analysis.

See an Orthodontist: Assuming your child has a malocclusion, and did not suffer some sort of facial trauma, he should see an Orthodontist. We recommend 1st Orthodontic Examination (usually free) at age 7. Some children need treatment at 7-9, some at 10-14, some not until all growth has ceased. See an Orthodontist for a discussion as to your child's malocclusion and the treatment options available to you.
