See a child dentist: The second tooth sounds like it was damaged also. Take your child to see a pediatric dentist for evaluation and further treatment.

Trauma: Just like you get the black and blue mark you get punched in the arm, if you get a bruis in a tooth. The blood will soak into the tooth enamel and stain the tooth. The tooth may end up needing "baby rooth canal, at which point it might be able to be bleached, if nothing happens it might be able to stay that way until 5 or 6 when it comes out, or a dentist could cover it with a white filling.

The tooth could be : Dying & at increased risk for decay or infection. The fractured tooth is also at risk. If your child didn't see a dentist for the first check-up at 1, ask your pediatrician for referral to a pediatric dentist who can examine & x-ray those teeth to determine how best to treat them, as well as check your child's overall dental health. Pediatric dentists are great with fearful kids, so no worries.
