Sounds like a virus.: At your age cancer, especially with salivary glands swollen would be most highly unlikely. You could have blocked salivary glands to cause this problem, either by small stones, or just by a viral process. I highly doubt you have cancer by your age and these numbers and nothing else going on, at least that you have mentiones.
