Specialist: My advice is to consult an infectious disease specialist. Although rare, seronegative cases of hiv do occur and require a RNA testing to detect viremia although I would expect the specialist to order any appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis in your case after he/she evaluates you. Bring all your test results to the appointment.
