Start with Botox...: ...For your forehead lines. Then, fillers can be added in for residual wrinkling that is present at rest. Most commonly, fillers would be used in the glabella / frown line area. Fine lines are more difficult to treat, and may not be suitable for filler use - you'll have to be evaluated in person to tell about that.

Botox is better: If you are looking to minimize forehead wrinkles, Botox is a better option. The cause of those lines is movement of your muscles. Botox blocks the receptors in your brain from being able to communicate with the muscle it is injected into. That in turn reduces muscle contraction, which gets rid of the lines. Dermal fillers are used more for areas that have lines due to lose of volume.

Forehead wrinkles: Best treatment approach for forehead wrinkles is botox. Fillers are not the first line of treatment for wrinkles but for volume loss such as hollowness and folds.

Yes: Fillers in combination with Botox can be effective for forehead wrinkles and fine lines. Consistent botox over time can cause dramatic improvement in fine lines as the muscles atrophy with repeated use.
