Infection: Go to the er now since you may have a strep infection or other infection causing an abscess. This will get worse without proper medications and diagnostic testing.

Possible throat infe: With your symptoms i will guess you have a bacterial infection like tonsillitis or pharyngitis and you should consult your family doctor as you may need antibiotics and it may be strep throat which if not treated may lead to complications.
