I think i got roseola from the baby i watch. i have a fever, sore throat and ive had immense stomach pain after eating? is that common with roseola in adults?

Roseola is very rare in adults. It manifests as a high fever and pink rash. Stomach pains are not associated with roseola in adults. You should be seen by your Dr to determine what exactly you have. Another illness, that can cause fever, sore throat and rash is streptococcal infection. Because it is a bacterial infection, it can be treated with antibiotics.
