I just left carenow and had a positive test for the flu. fever, sore throat. my stomach has been on another level of pain. it comes and goes and is super painful. im not nauseous or feel sick. its a sharp pain.any remedy to reduce pain?

Flu rarely causes the stomach pain so I wonder it could be coincidental. You can take acetaminophen (tylenol) for fever and sore throat and try antacid liquid (mylanta) for stomach pain. If pain gets worse along with vomit, go to urgent care.
