Options.: If you develop a temperature of 104 or higher , have difficulty breathing or enlarged, red, beefy tonsils with swollen lymph nodes - i would seek medical attention. You may have a virus which will pass on it's own. For sore throat – gargle with warm salt water (1/2 tsp salt in 8 oz of water). For congestion – saline nose drops or a neti pot. Stomach upset often responds well to ginger.
