The drip is likely causing Eustachian tube blockage causing your ear symptoms. It is likely allergic but sinus disease must be ruled out. Best to see your ENT doctor and consider a scan of your sinuses.

The best way to assess the extent and severity is to see an otolaryngologist, who will likely order a sinus CAT scan. Therapeutic sequelae will be based upon these initial steps. This indeed can be improved.
