I asked this earlier about navel pain i still have it and now i have a killer sore throat and my lower rightpart of my stomach hurts slight fever 99.8

Cannot diagnose: You don't have fever. The temp of 99.8 f is probably quite normal. Your other symptoms really require an exam and full history by a good pcp. Go and see someone and get better soon, and this is particularly true if you develop fever. Good luck.
