I went in rain after that i got sore throat .yesterday fever was between 100-99 . today it was between 99-97 i took dolo 650, after 6hrs fever again rises to 100. i get pain in stomach while coughing & pain in whole back. what to do? today is 3 day?

If your upper respiratory infection is bacterial in nature, an antibiotic would be beneficial.
