Elbow fracture: I definitely recommend going to an er or the urgent care today to get an x-ray of your elbow and forearm. Elbow fractures are serious because there are several shallow nerves that can become damaged.

X-ray: Only way to tell is by takinf an xray, unless the arm is deformed by the fracture.
