As a child i fractured/broke my elbow and part of a bone is loose in my elbow with muscles etc attached to it. can i safely lift weights? my arms are very weak so i would really like to lift weights?

Yes you can lift weights, but I would go extremely slow if you are not doing this under doctor supervision. Start with just 1 pound weights in your hands, working up by 1 pound weekly. If any pain develops at a certain level, stay at that level for an extra week. In just a few months you can be lifting significant weight and will be putting on good muscle. Make sure to use ALL muscle groups!
