Monteggia?: A fracture of the ulna w/ associated radial head subluxation / dislocation (@ elbow) is known as a monteggia fx./ dislocation. If recognized treatment is orif of the ulna( plating) and reduction of the radial head dislocation.( it usually reduces spontaneously after fixing ulna)...
