Likely no problem: 30% of population have at least 1 kidney cyst. 2nd cyst might have been missed on a first ultrsound or ct scan and found on a second study. Thus can be considered within normal limits as r 3 cysts. Concern would only come if both your kidneys developed very many cysts, so called polycystic kidney disease. This would b more than obvious if u had PKD at your age. U don't have pkd..
