Been overweight all my life. last 2 years i lost 35 lbs. now at proper weight. is it normal that you feel fuller after eating less? for ex when i ate half a package of oreos i would still be hungry, but now i eat two i am full. did stomach shrink?

Congratulations on your successful weight loss! It will serve you well the rest of your life, which likely will be a lot longer than it would have been otherwise. Hormonal and other responses to food intake are responsible for the feeling, not a shrinking stomach. This is an entirely normal sensation and you should welcome it.

Yes, once your body adapts to a proper weight through portion control and eating a lot more healthy food , you can feel fuller after eating less. You can distend your stomach and make it larger by over eating. It can shrink back to a more normal size with eating healthier portions.
