Gastric problem: This may be something like gastric reflux but one or two other problems may exist. Please see your primary care physician who I am sure will be able to get down to the bottom of your complaint.

Reflux?: I guess it's safe to assume you're not pregnant, Conditions that can cause morning nausea include acid indigestion (reflux) and post nasal drip, both of which can be worse when you're lying down for a long time and more noticeable when you wake up. Gallbladder dysfunction is also possible, as are alcohol & certain medications taken at night. Please see your doctor!
