Don't overdo it: Hopefully you have been seen by a physician for the chest pain and related symptoms. That is PRIORITY number 1. Work with your physicians to optimize diet plan and exercise regimen for you that is safe. Do NOT exercise "through" chest pain unless explicitly advised to do so.
