Excessive bleaching: Or whitening (beyond what us professionally recommended) can often cause a bluish tint. I would recommend a consultation with your dentist. Hope this helps.

Translucency: Enamel is translucent , meaning certain light waves pas through it. Without getting into the physics of it, suffice to say it can look bluish in color, as does a body of water on a sunny day!
