34 year old female, noticing when i stand up or even brush my teeth my legs and arms will get a motted purple bluish color. is this normal? been going on for around a month, got blood work and er said everything is normal range?

Sounds like libido reticularis. Of no consequence but discuss with your Drs. And take some good pictures.
