What is your?: Botox is safe at any age but what are you treating. At 17 muscle hyperactive is usually not an issue. Your skin should be very at this stage and smooth skin the norm. So again i will ask you what is your goal. Make sure you are very clear. It is very possible you will be wasting your money or at the very least taking away your nature expression.

OK, but...: At age 17, you have youth on your side! you don't need Botox at this age for any wrinkle-treatment purposes, even though it might be technically ok. I'd recommend waiting a few more years.

Too young: I think you're too young to have botox. But there are some doctors who will do it to anyone who pays them. Please do not do this until you're older and really need it. There are other cosmetic procedures you can do to help your complexion and skin look better. Botox is more for worry or frown lines that get deeper as someone ages. Most commonly used for 30-60+ age group.

There is: No reason for it cosmetically. If you need it for functional reasons such as blepharospasm or anal fissure, thats fine.
